As an official Fox and Rock Shox premier dealer, Cyclehighlands gets priority servicing with the brands UK service centres. This "full service“ option is the only way to detect faults and maintain warranty and is strongly recommended over a simple lower leg only service. Lower leg/basic service functions and set up we can carry out at the recommended intervals from our Tech Support Unit here in Ballater.
Bike set up can take time but its time well spent. From suspension to stem length we don’t stop until we have a bike up set correctly . Our aftersales commitment means you can revisit as many times as is required , usually at no extra cost . Gadgets like “ ShockWiz” can be hired for out on the trail shock set up and saddles from FABRIC can often be an answer for comfort. If you’ve purchased a bike somewhere else and you are having comfort issues - then give us call to make an appointment and our experienced team will do all they can to help.

We only use official material from INVISIframe and as an authorised fitter we can supply wrap for most brands. Decal changes to leading bike and suspension brands can also be carried out.
